Overview[]
The Covenant's module construction vessel, second only to the Huragok themselves in their ability to manipulate and augment complex systems and constructs.
History[]
Sometime in the thousand years following the Writ of Union, the Huragok were peacefully incorporated into the Covenant, although the exact date is not known, it is believed to be around the same time that the Covenant began aggressively expanding their empire. The CCD-class Orbital Construction Vessels, or Fabricators as their crews often called them, were a design taken by the Huragok from the Forerunner Dreadnought used by the San'Shyuum. The resulting constructs have proven to be almost equally as effective as the Huragok in building technology, however they lack the delicacy required in interior construction - integrated systems of a starship are beyond their capability, for example.
Weapons and Tactical Usage[]
These vessels should be kept away from combat if possible as they are necessary to recover from harmful planetary invasion and in addition to being very fragile have a very long respawn time.
